Sell your property - place your advertisement now

To sell your property with MyKeys.co.uk you must register your email address,
which will not be shown in your advert to prevent spam,
and choose a password - this allows you to log in and update your advert at any time.
- Check you email. Click the link in the MyKeys.co.uk confirmation email you receive to be taken directly
to the online form to place your advert.
- Fill in the online form. Follow the simple instructions to place your advert. Your property will instantly be live on our own websites, and within 24 hours on our partner sites. You may add up to 6 photos and order your personalised For Sale board.
Once uploaded you may log in from your property advert at any time using your email address and password to make updates, add or remove images, and order a For Sale board.
Step 1. Please note that unless your property was already on the market by the required date a Home Information Pack (HIP) is now necessary before you can legally market your property. You will need to confirm that you either have a HIP in place or that you don't currently require one. For more information please see our Home Information Packs page which contains links to HIP providers, though you are entirely free to choose your own.
Step 2. To sell your property please register your email address. Your email address is your log in ID. You will then receive an email with a link to our online form to add your property. Your email address will not be shown on your advertisment. (You must then check your email for step 2)
*** Passwords. Please choose a password of at least six characters (max 16) that only you can remember. Passwords are case sensitive, so type carefully. For security reasons please choose something new. For example, do not use the same password as you use to collect your emails or for on line banking. Don't use your children's or pet's name, favourite team, date of birth, home town etc, as these are too easily guessed. We recommend a random combination of letters and numbers for example: 35ha87py. Forgotten passwords can be emailed to your registered address.
